Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the Court of Augusta (SR) - Italy.
